How do I access my invoices or change billing details?

Learn how to access invoices, update payment methods, and manage billing for your SecureMailMerge subscription.

How you manage billing depends on how you purchased your subscription.

Purchased via credit card (Paddle)

If you purchased through our website with a credit card, your payments are processed by Paddle. Invoices are sent automatically to the email address used during checkout.

To access invoices or update payment details:

1. Log in to licensing.solinventum.com
2. Click on your subscription
3. In the subscription menu you’ll find direct links to:
   • Invoices - view and download all past invoices
   • Update payment method - change your credit card details

If you can’t find an invoice in your inbox, check your spam folder. The email comes from Paddle ([email protected]), not SecureMailMerge directly.

Purchased via Microsoft 365 (AppSource)

If you purchased through Microsoft AppSource using Microsoft 365 billing, your invoices are managed through Microsoft’s billing system.

To access invoices:

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center
2. Navigate to Billing > Bills & payments
3. Find your SecureMailMerge subscription in the list

Need invoices sent to a different email?

If you need invoices sent to a different email address (such as accounts payable), you have two options:

1. Forward invoices: Set up email forwarding rules for Paddle emails
2. Delegate access: In our licensing server, you can grant another user delegated access to view invoices and manage the subscription

Changing the subscription owner

The subscription is tied to the Microsoft 365 account that made the purchase. To transfer ownership to a different account, you’ll need to cancel the current subscription and have the new owner purchase a fresh subscription. Contact [email protected] if you need assistance.
